On My Nightstand: March 2019

The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of adventure exploring central Florida, leaving not too much time available for reading, but I’m hoping to get back on track this month, starting with these fantastic titles.

Golden Child by Claire Adam

Golden Child is one of the books I brought with me down to Florida that I’m so excited about.  After the major success of SJP for Hogarth’s first publication, A Place for Us (which I’ve yet to read), I’m eager to see if Golden Child behaves similarly.

Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan

I sinned and saw the Crazy Rich Asians movie first, and I loved it so much I didn’t think I would read the book.  As you can see, I caved.  I’ve heard Kwan’s novel is a quick and funny read, which is exactly what I need right now.

The Immortalists by Chloe Benjamin

I’ve been wanting to read The Immortalists since it came out last year, but I’m a wait-for-the-paperback kind of girl.  I jumped on the Benjamin train as soon as I saw that paperback release date.

What reads do you have on deck for March?  Let’s chat!

  1. Excited to hear your thoughts on all of these! I didn’t get on with A Place For Us but I hope I do better with Golden Child. I still haven’t seen Crazy Rich Asians but I’d like to read the book first! And I was kind of lukewarm on The Immortalists but at the time I chalked it up to being an only child, lol!
